EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – WAYNE OVERALL

Wayne has been an Executive Director of Almond Investors Limited since its inception in 2003.

In the 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 years, Wayne successfully oversaw the establishment of over 1,300 hectares of Almond Orchard Projects for AIL near Swan Hill, Victoria. He plans to build the land space under almond cultivation to 2,000 hectares by 2015.

Before establishing Almond Investors Limited, Wayne had extensive experience and success in the designing/marketing of almond orchard investment projects, including a 200-hectare project in 2000 at Robinvale, Victoria.

Prior to entering the almond industry, he was General Manager of Victoria, Permanent Trustee Company Limited from 1987 to 1999 and was responsible for a variety of investment services and financial products for the company.

Almond Investors Limited is an unlisted public company formed to develop and operate almond orchard projects on a property at Piangil, near Swan Hill, Victoria. The company manages more than 1,300 hectares of almond orchards under its 2004 - 2010 Projects on behalf of approximately 700 investors and is now recognised as a leading almond orchard management company.
